Bolo to obdobie, ke\u010f Slovensko za\u010dalo v\u00fdstavbu 56 kilometrov nov\u00fdch dia\u013eni\u010dn\u00fdch \u00fasekov. Zah\u00e1jili sme moderniz\u00e1ciu takmer 700 km ciest I. triedy. Spustili sme revitaliz\u00e1ciu \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00fdch spolo\u010dnost\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 predo\u0161l\u00fd minister dopravy \u013dubom\u00edr V\u00e1\u017eny priviedol takmer do bankrotu. Okrem toho sa podarilo na\u0161tartova\u0165 zdrav\u00fd v\u00fdvoj v\u00a0cestovnom ruchu a\u00a0v\u00a0mnoh\u00fdch \u010fal\u0161\u00edch oblastiach region\u00e1lneho rozvoja a\u00a0v\u00fdstavby. Som ve\u013emi r\u00e1d, preto\u017ee to v\u00a0tom \u010dase ve\u013emi pomohlo ekonomike, zamestnanosti, regi\u00f3nom, \u013eu\u010fom na celom Slovensku. Na druhej strane \u2013 nie v\u0161etko sa stihlo. Projekty sme mali rozpracovan\u00e9 na 4 roky, vo vl\u00e1de sme boli len 18 mesiacov. Kde sa rob\u00ed, urobia sa aj chyby. Jednou z\u00a0tak\u00fdch ch\u00fdb bolo, \u017ee sme nestihli zastropova\u0165 a\u00a0obmedzi\u0165 odmeny pre mana\u017ementy niektor\u00fdch firiem. Teraz hovor\u00edm za ministerstvo dopravy, v\u00fdstavby a\u00a0region\u00e1lneho rozvoja, kde som bol 18 mesiacov ministrom.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Toto v\u0161ak u\u017e pokojne mohol urobi\u0165 pri svojom n\u00e1stupe nov\u00fd minister, ktor\u00fd mal v\u0161etky podmienky na to, aby to urobil. Mana\u017ement zo \u0161t\u00e1tnych podnikov toti\u017e neodch\u00e1dza po vo\u013eb\u00e1ch automaticky. Odvol\u00e1va, alebo potvrdzuje ho nov\u00fd minister. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee nebolo potrebn\u00e9 plati\u0165 \u017eiadne odstupn\u00e9, nebolo potrebn\u00e9 nikoho vyhadzova\u0165. To by ale s\u00fa\u010dasn\u00fd minister J\u00e1n Po\u010diatek musel upravova\u0165 zmluvy a\u00a0musel by si nieko\u013eko \u010fal\u0161\u00edch mesiacov (za predpokladu, \u017ee chcel prepusti\u0165) ponecha\u0165 \u201estar\u00e9, teda p\u00f4vodn\u00e9\u201c mana\u017ementy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Minister Po\u010diatek ale nekonal v\u00a0z\u00e1ujem ministerstva, v\u00a0z\u00e1ujem \u013eud\u00ed. On chcel hne\u010f pri svojom pr\u00edchode zahviezdi\u0165. Teda prv\u00e9, \u010do urobil bolo prepustenie v\u00a0jeden de\u0148 plo\u0161ne v\u0161etky mana\u017ementy zo \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00fdch spolo\u010dnost\u00ed a\u00a0n\u00e1sledne informoval, ak\u00e9 ve\u013ek\u00e9 odstupn\u00e9 dan\u00e9 mana\u017ementy dostali.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">E\u0161te raz podot\u00fdkam, mana\u017ement v\u00a0\u0161t\u00e1tnych podnikoch po vo\u013eb\u00e1ch neodch\u00e1dza automaticky, ost\u00e1va, alebo ho odvol\u00e1va nov\u00fd minister. Ten je aj zodpovedn\u00fd za vyjednanie odstupn\u00fdch podmienok, ktor\u00e9 sa m\u00f4\u017eu meni\u0165.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Za rok a\u00a0pol sme zachr\u00e1nili ZSSK Cargo pred cross defaultom, to znamen\u00e1 krachom. ZSSK Cargo malo po prvej Ficovej vl\u00e1de hospod\u00e1rsky v\u00fdsledok stratu 121 mili\u00f3nov EUR! Spolo\u010dnso\u0165 bola v\u00a0situ\u00e1cii, ke\u010f nebola schopn\u00e1 spl\u00e1ca\u0165 svoje be\u017en\u00e9 z\u00e1v\u00e4zky. Rok po tom, v\u00a0\u010dase, ke\u010f sme konsolidovali \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00e9 spolo\u010dnosti sme sa dostali takmer k\u00a0nulov\u00e9mu v\u00fdsledku. Vst\u00fapili sme n\u00e1kladnou prepravou na po\u013esk\u00e9 trhy. Spolo\u010dnos\u0165 sa nad\u00fdchla.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">St\u00fapla n\u00e1m preprava osobnou \u017eelezni\u010dnou dopravou. \u017delezni\u010dn\u00e1 spolo\u010dnos\u0165 Slovensko prepravila v\u00a0roku 2011 45,9 mili\u00f3na cestuj\u00facich, \u010do je takmer o\u00a0mili\u00f3n cestuj\u00facich viac ako pred rokom. Po desiatich rokoch sme zastavili prepad po\u010dtu prepraven\u00fdch cestuj\u00facich. Spolo\u010dnos\u0165 bola vyhl\u00e1sen\u00e1 ako najtransparentnej\u0161ia spolo\u010dnos\u0165 na Slovensku.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">V\u00a0roku 2011, po\u010das obdobia, ke\u010f som bol ministrom,\u00a0 st\u00fapla n\u00e1v\u0161tevnos\u0165 zahrani\u010dn\u00fdch n\u00e1v\u0161tevn\u00edkov na Slovensku v roku 2011 o viac ako 10 %, \u010do prispelo k tvorbe pracovn\u00fdch miest v cestovnom ruchu. Akt\u00edvne sme sa podie\u013eali na legislat\u00edvnom konan\u00ed, ktor\u00e9ho v\u00fdsledkom bolo prijatie novely z\u00e1kona o podpore cestovn\u00e9ho ruchu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00c1no, aj m\u0148a vyru\u0161ili mana\u017e\u00e9rske zmluvy, ktor\u00e9 boli schv\u00e1len\u00e9 predstavenstvami v\u00a0niektor\u00fdch podnikoch. Preto som reagoval a\u00a0apeloval na vr\u00e1tenie t\u00fdchto s\u00fam. B\u00fdval\u00fd gener\u00e1lny riadite\u013e ZSSK, Pavol Kravec vr\u00e1til peniaze v\u00a0plnej v\u00fd\u0161ke. Opa\u010dne \u2013 z\u00a0vl\u00e1dy R\u00f3berta Fica GR ZSSK Cargo dostal obrovsk\u00fa odmenu 154.000 EUR za privedenie spolo\u010dnosti do predbankrotov\u00e9ho stavu. \u017diadne m\u00e9di\u00e1 to vtedy dlhodobo nepopisovali.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gener\u00e1lna riadite\u013eka Slovenskej po\u0161ty dostala odstupn\u00e9 6.900 EUR. A\u00a0takto to do dne\u0161nej doby je. \u017diadn\u00fdch 180.000 EUR, \u017eiadne platinov\u00e9 pad\u00e1ky, ako komunikovali m\u00e9di\u00e1. Len z\u00e1konom stanoven\u00fd 3-n\u00e1sobok z\u00e1kladnej mzdy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">V\u0161etky tieto tzv. kauzy pad\u00e1kov ale padaj\u00fa na hlavu ministra Po\u010diatka, ktor\u00fd mohol kona\u0165 a\u00a0nekonal. Nekonal a\u00a0nekon\u00e1 ani po roku od n\u00e1stupu do svojej funkcie. Zastaven\u00e9 ve\u013ek\u00e9, rozbehnut\u00e9 projekty. Zastaven\u00e1 podzemn\u00e1 \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00e1 stanica v\u00a0centre Bratislavy \u2013 Fili\u00e1lka, neschopnos\u0165 rozhodnutia o\u00a0v\u00fdstavbe dia\u013eni\u010dn\u00e9ho tunela Vi\u0161\u0148ov\u00e9, zastavenie moderniz\u00e1cie ciest prvej triedy v\u00a0banskobystrickom, \u017eilinskom, tren\u010dianskom kraji. Minister dodnes nevyvodil politick\u00fa zodpovednos\u0165 za smr\u0165 4 robotn\u00edkov na stavbe mosta pri Kurimanoch. \u010co m\u00f4\u017eu \u013eudia o\u010dak\u00e1va\u0165 od tak\u00e9ho ministra v\u00a0rezorte dopravy?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Siln\u00e1 a\u00a0nepravdiv\u00e1 medializ\u00e1cia o\u00a0pad\u00e1koch a\u00a0sum\u00e1ch, ktor\u00e9 \u201e\u00fadajne\u201c boli vyplaten\u00e9 ma len utvrdzuje v\u00a0tom, \u017ee minister dopravy J\u00e1n Po\u010diatek nie je schopn\u00fd vies\u0165 ministerstvo bez probl\u00e9mov, \u0161kand\u00e1lov a\u00a0\u017eivotu nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch rozhodnut\u00ed. Minister, ktor\u00fd sa nechce vr\u00e1ti\u0165 z\u00a0dovolenky, ke\u010f m\u00e1 tragick\u00fa nehodu v\u00a0rezorte. Po pr\u00edchode domov mu trv\u00e1 t\u00fd\u017ede\u0148, aby sa uk\u00e1zal na mieste trag\u00e9die. Minister, ktor\u00e9mu premi\u00e9r odoberie sektor pre realiz\u00e1ciu a\u00a0\u010derpanie eurofondov. V\u0161etko toto ma len utvrdzuje v\u00a0tom, \u017ee je potrebn\u00e9, aby sa h\u013eadali medi\u00e1lne \u201ebubliny\u201c tak, aby sa zastierala skuto\u010dnos\u0165 a\u00a0neschopnos\u0165 ministra Po\u010diatka.
