Som ve\u013emi r\u00e1d, \u017ee po Kyjeve<br>v m\u00e1ji 2006 je mlad\u00e1 Katol\u00edcka univerzita v Ru\u017eomberku miestom medzin\u00e1rodnej<br>reflexie na t\u00e9mu Rodiny a m\u00e9di\u00ed v globalizuj\u00facom sa svete. Nech kongres nie je<br>len o my\u0161lienkach a n\u00e1zoroch, ale aj o sp\u00e1jan\u00ed s\u00edl pre spolo\u010dn\u00e9 dobro, na podporu<br>rodiny \u2013 prirodzenej a z\u00e1kladnej bunky \u013eudskej spolo\u010dnosti, ako ju ozna\u010duje aj<br>V\u0161eobecn\u00e1 deklar\u00e1cia \u013eudsk\u00fdch pr\u00e1v, ktorej 60. v\u00fdro\u010die si v tomto roku<br>pripom\u00edname.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Dovo\u013ete mi na \u00favod jedno osobn\u00e9 vyznanie. Moju rodinu, v ktorej som<br>man\u017eelom a otcom, i t\u00fa, z ktorej poch\u00e1dzam a kde som synom, bratom a vnukom,<br>vn\u00edmam ako najcennej\u0161ie prostredie m\u00f4jho \u017eivota. Cez rodinu som dostal<br>a dost\u00e1vam tie najkraj\u0161ie dary l\u00e1sky a \u013eudskosti, v rodine pre\u017e\u00edvam najhlb\u0161ie<br>a najsilnej\u0161ie okamihy. Bez podpory mojej man\u017eelky a det\u00ed si neviem predstavi\u0165<br>ani moju slu\u017ebu v politike. Toto vn\u00edmanie z domu sa sna\u017e\u00edm pren\u00e1\u0161a\u0165 aj do<br>medzin\u00e1rodn\u00e9ho prostredia, do ktor\u00e9ho som dnes poslan\u00fd. Iba to m\u00f4\u017eeme da\u0165, \u010do<br>m\u00e1me. A iba to m\u00e1me, \u010do sme dostali a na\u0161li a rozvinuli. A ako hovoria m\u00fadri, na<br>konci n\u00e1m zostane iba to, \u010do sme rozdali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>\u00davod<br><br>\u017dijeme v dobe paradoxov. Technick\u00e9 prostriedky s\u00fa objekt\u00edvne na vysokej<br>\u00farovni. To, \u010do v\u0161ak \u013eu\u010fom \u010dasto ch\u00fdba, je oby\u010dajn\u00e9 \u013eudsk\u00e9 \u0161\u0165astie. Ako povedal<br>Martin Heidegger: \u201eTechnika prekonala v\u0161etky vzdialenosti, ale nevytvorila nijak\u00fa<br>bl\u00edzkos\u0165.\u201d<br>tak<br>Na jednej strane naz\u00fdvame t\u00fato dobu aj dobou informa\u010dnou, ke\u010f ni\u010d nie je<br>\u013eahko dostupn\u00e9 ako inform\u00e1cie, a s\u00fa\u010dasne viacer\u00ed psychol\u00f3govia<br>a sociol\u00f3govia ozna\u010duj\u00fa t\u00fato dobu aj dobou nedostatku orient\u00e1cie, ba a\u017e chaosu.<br>St\u00fapaj\u00face po\u010dty psychick\u00fdch por\u00fach a samovr\u00e1\u017ed o tom, \u017eia\u013e, sved\u010dia.<br>M\u00e1me \u010doraz r\u00fdchlej\u0161ie aut\u00e1, po\u010d\u00edta\u010de a komunika\u010dn\u00fa techniku, ale akoby<br>st\u00e1le menej \u010dasu pre seba a pre druh\u00fdch. M\u00e1me v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ie domy a byty, ale menej<br>det\u00ed, men\u0161ie rodiny. M\u00e1me viac inform\u00e1ci\u00ed, ale akoby menej s\u00fadnosti. V jadre<br>mnoh\u00fdch s\u00fa\u010dasn\u00fdch spolo\u010densk\u00fdch probl\u00e9mov je nedostatok rozli\u0161ovania medzi<br>dobrom a zlom a nedostatok v\u00f4le kona\u0165 d\u00f4sledne pod\u013ea toho. Vedie to<br>k relativiz\u00e1cii pojmov, aj postojov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Rodina<br>Bud\u00facnos\u0165 \u013eudstva je vo v\u00fdraznej miere sp\u00e4t\u00e1 s vitalitou rodiny. Popri<br>bezpe\u010dnostn\u00fdch, ekonomick\u00fdch a kult\u00farnych ot\u00e1zkach bud\u00fa patri\u0165 k rozhoduj\u00facim<br>z\u00e1le\u017eitostiam t\u00e9my rodiny, ale aj slobody, svedomia a etiky, zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 bioetiky.<br>Tak spolo\u010densk\u00e1 mienka, ako i myslitelia po\u010das cel\u00fdch historick\u00fdch obdob\u00ed<br>v\u017edy ve\u013emi vysoko hodnotili rodinu. Plat\u00f3n ozna\u010dil rodinu za z\u00e1kladn\u00fa bunku<br>spolo\u010densk\u00e9ho \u017eivota a hlavn\u00fa v\u00fdchovn\u00fa in\u0161tit\u00faciu. August Comte nazval rodinu<br>mostom medzi jednotlivcom a spolo\u010dnos\u0165ou. V\u0161eobecn\u00e1 deklar\u00e1cia \u013eudsk\u00fdch pr\u00e1v<br>a Eur\u00f3psky dohovor o \u013eudsk\u00fdch pr\u00e1vach sp\u00e1jaj\u00fa man\u017eelstvo a rodinu<br>s prirodzen\u00fdm z\u00e1konom. J\u00e1n Pavol II., ktor\u00e9ho meno pripom\u00edna aj t\u00e1to univerzitn\u00e1<br>aula, ju s \u00factou ozna\u010dil za \u201esv\u00e4ty\u0148u \u017eivota\u201c a ustanovize\u0148, ktor\u00e1 sa ned\u00e1 ni\u010d\u00edm<br>nahradi\u0165. Na druhej strane bola rodina atakovan\u00e1 zvonku i zvn\u00fatra cez cel\u00e9 \u013eudsk\u00e9<br>dejiny. Len si spome\u0148me, \u017ee u\u017e v prvej biblickej rodine sa udiala bratovra\u017eda.<br><br>Rodina je nielen bunkou \u013eudstva, ale aj jeho in\u0161piruj\u00facim obrazom. V<br>rodine siln\u00ed sl\u00fa\u017eia a chr\u00e1nia slab\u00fdch a vz\u0165ahy s\u00fa zalo\u017een\u00e9 nie na moci, ale na<br>vz\u00e1jomnej d\u00f4vere, \u00facte a podpore. Tak\u00fd je aj ide\u00e1lny obraz medzin\u00e1rodn\u00e9ho<br>spolo\u010denstva, tvoren\u00e9ho n\u00e1rodmi sveta, ktor\u00e9 \u017eije v pokoji a na z\u00e1klade pr\u00e1va.<br>M\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 21. storo\u010die bli\u017e\u0161ie k tomuto obrazu? Nez\u00e1vis\u00ed to aj od n\u00e1s? Ke\u010f som<br>tento rok po\u010d\u00faval p\u00e1pe\u017ea v s\u00eddle OSN v New Yorku, uvedomil som si znovu, \u017ee<br>Cirkev je glob\u00e1lnym akt\u00e9rom a c\u00edti glob\u00e1lnu zodpovednos\u0165. A tento glob\u00e1lny<br>rozmer buduje u\u017e cez dvetis\u00edc rokov. Som r\u00e1d, \u017ee Eur\u00f3pska komisia, ktorej som<br>\u010dlenom, ustanovila v roku 2006 svoje ofici\u00e1lne diplomatick\u00e9 Zast\u00fapenie pri Sv\u00e4tej<br>stolici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Je pote\u0161ite\u013en\u00e9, \u017ee v mnoh\u00fdch anket\u00e1ch rodina st\u00e1le figuruje ako jedna<br>z najvy\u0161\u0161\u00edch hodn\u00f4t, s ktorou sa sp\u00e1ja predstava \u0161\u0165astia, istoty, pocit bezpe\u010dia,<br>prijatia. Rodina je st\u00e1le miestom efekt\u00edvneho, \u010dasto najefekt\u00edvnej\u0161ieho rie\u0161enia<br>t\u00fdch naj\u0165a\u017e\u0161\u00edch soci\u00e1lnych probl\u00e9mov. Funguj\u00faca rodina \u201eneprodukuje\u201c<br>bezdomovcov, siroty \u017eij\u00facich rodi\u010dov, prostit\u00fatky, ne\u0161\u00edri sa v nej aids. Dobr\u00e1<br>rodina vychov\u00e1va \u010dloveka k tomu, aby vyu\u017e\u00edval svoje talenty, aby sa vzdel\u00e1val.<br>T\u00fdmto d\u00e1va lep\u0161ie predpoklady aj pre zamestnanos\u0165. Demografick\u00fa kr\u00edzu mo\u017eno<br>o. i. ovplyvni\u0165 pr\u00e1ve zameran\u00edm sa na podporu rod\u00edn a p\u00f4rodnosti. V tomto<br>v\u00fdpo\u010dte by sa dalo e\u0161te pokra\u010dova\u0165. Z dlhodob\u00e9ho h\u013eadiska je naj\u00fa\u010dinnej\u0161ou<br>soci\u00e1lnou politikou pr\u00e1ve dobr\u00e1 rodinn\u00e1 politika! \u010co je dobr\u00e9 pre rodinu, je dobr\u00e9<br>aj pre spolo\u010dnos\u0165 a \u0161t\u00e1t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Podobne plat\u00ed, \u017ee pre svoju vitalitu a rozvoj potrebuje \u0161t\u00e1t, spolo\u010dn\u00e1 Eur\u00f3pa<br>i svet prostredie prajn\u00e9 nielen pre obchod \u010di invest\u00edcie, ale \u2013 a osobitne \u2013<br>prostredie prajn\u00e9 a priazniv\u00e9 pre rodiny a pre ml\u00e1de\u017e (family-friendly, youth<br>friendly). V r\u00e1mci E\u00da rodinn\u00e1 politika je a zost\u00e1va kompetenciou \u010dlensk\u00fdch<br>\u0161t\u00e1tov. Pr\u00e1vne defin\u00edcie a politick\u00e9 pr\u00edstupy k in\u0161tit\u00facii man\u017eelstva a rodiny v<br>jednotliv\u00fdch krajin\u00e1ch sa l\u00ed\u0161ia. Existuje v\u0161ak spolo\u010dn\u00e9 presved\u010denie, \u017ee podpora<br>rodiny je jednou z centr\u00e1lnych s\u00fa\u010dast\u00ed soci\u00e1lnej politiky kraj\u00edn, ako to potvrdzuje<br>zalo\u017eenie Eur\u00f3pskej aliancie pre rodiny v roku 2007 po\u010das nemeck\u00e9ho<br>predsedn\u00edctva Rady E\u00da.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Jej cie\u013eom je vytvori\u0165 impulzy pre rodinne orientovan\u00fa politiku<br>prostredn\u00edctvom v\u00fdmeny dobr\u00fdch sk\u00fasenost\u00ed a my\u0161lienok a cez posilnenie<br>spolupr\u00e1ce medzi \u010dlensk\u00fdmi \u0161t\u00e1tmi v tejto oblasti. Ministri pre ot\u00e1zky rodiny a<br>soci\u00e1lnych vec\u00ed sa dohodli na zriaden\u00ed webovskej str\u00e1nky iniciat\u00edvy<br>(http:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/employment_social\/families\/index_en.html), ktor\u00e1<br>bude<br>spr\u00edstup\u0148ova\u0165 rodinn\u00e9 politiky v jednotliv\u00fdch \u010dlensk\u00fdch \u0161t\u00e1toch, dobr\u00e9 sk\u00fasenosti,<br>\u0161t\u00fadie, pr\u00edspevky a inform\u00e1cie o eur\u00f3pskych podujatiach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Na tomto mieste mo\u017eno urobi\u0165 jeden z\u00e1ver: Globaliz\u00e1cia m\u00f4\u017ee pom\u00f4c\u0165<br>rodine, ak sa rodina stane glob\u00e1lnou prioritou, a teda ak medzin\u00e1rodn\u00e9 politick\u00e9,<br>ekonomick\u00e9, soci\u00e1lne, vedeck\u00e9 a kult\u00farne aktivity bud\u00fa zameran\u00e9 na dobro rodiny<br>a spolo\u010dnosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Globaliz\u00e1cia<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Globaliz\u00e1cia je jedn\u00fdm z charakteristick\u00fdch javov dne\u0161n\u00e9ho sveta, hlavne<br>v ekonomike, aj ke\u010f b\u00fdva len nejasne definovan\u00e1, s n\u00e1chylnos\u0165ou na<br>zveli\u010dovanie. Jedni ju v\u00edtaj\u00fa ako pr\u00edle\u017eitos\u0165 a ako proces \u0161\u00edrenia v\u00fddobytkov vedy<br>a techniky, otv\u00e1rania trhov a eliminovania hran\u00edc. Na druhej strane je \u010dasto<br>zatracovan\u00e1 ako n\u00e1stoj o\u017eobra\u010dovania chudobn\u00fdch a bohatnutia bohat\u00fdch.<br>Argumenty za i proti vych\u00e1dzaj\u00fa z istej sk\u00fasenosti, a preto chcem na \u00favod<br>vyjadri\u0165 z\u00e1kladn\u00fa t\u00e9zu, \u017ee globaliz\u00e1cia sama osebe je hodnotovo neutr\u00e1lna.<br>Globaliz\u00e1cia so svojimi d\u00f4sledkami m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 dobrou pr\u00edle\u017eitos\u0165ou, ale nesie aj<br>rizik\u00e1. Z\u00e1vis\u00ed to od toho, \u010di trendy, ktor\u00e9 cez \u0148u vn\u00e1\u0161ame do vz\u0165ahov a do<br>podmienok \u017eivota, sl\u00fa\u017eia \u010dloveku ako subjektu tohto procesu a s\u00fa v s\u00falade s<br>univerz\u00e1lnymi \u013eudsk\u00fdmi hodnotami, alebo robia z \u010dloveka objekt politiky,<br>obchodu \u010di z\u00e1ujmov. Z\u00e1vis\u00ed to tie\u017e od toho, \u010di sme na prebiehaj\u00face procesy<br>pripraven\u00ed, alebo len ich komentujeme, alebo nad nimi iba lamentujeme.<br><br>Globaliz\u00e1ciu mo\u017eno vn\u00edma\u0165 predov\u0161etk\u00fdm ako narastaj\u00facu vz\u00e1jomn\u00fa<br>z\u00e1vislos\u0165 \u2013 interdependenciu. \u010coraz viac s\u00fa na\u0161e osudy \u0161iroko prepojen\u00e9, \u010di to<br>chceme, alebo nie. Existuj\u00fa mnoh\u00e9 v\u00fdzvy, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa naozaj celosvetov\u00e9 a na ktor\u00e9<br>sa ned\u00e1 \u00fa\u010dinne odpoveda\u0165 len \u00fazkou aktivitou. \u010ci u\u017e ide o zmenu kl\u00edmy a \u017eivotn\u00e9<br>prostredie, ale aj o migr\u00e1ciu, verejn\u00e9 zdravie, dostupnos\u0165 energi\u00ed a podobne.<br>Pritom poh\u013eady na pr\u00ed\u010diny probl\u00e9mov a na ich rie\u0161enia s\u00fa v pluralitnej spolo\u010dnosti<br>\u010dasto kontroverzn\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Dynamika a rozsah zmien je v\u010faka globaliz\u00e1cii bezprecedentn\u00e1. Tovary,<br>obchody, kult\u00fara zo vzdialen\u00fdch kraj\u00edn, r\u00fdchle prekon\u00e1vanie vzdialenost\u00ed, celkov\u00e1<br>dostupnos\u0165 inform\u00e1ci\u00ed, obrovsk\u00fd rozsah kontaktov medzi \u013eu\u010fmi a kult\u00farami,<br>rodinn\u00ed pr\u00edbuzn\u00ed na druhom konci kontinentu \u010di na druhej strane zemegule\u2026 Aj to<br>je dne\u0161n\u00fd svet. Napr\u00edklad: V poslednom polstoro\u010d\u00ed sa zv\u00fd\u0161il objem svetov\u00e9ho<br>obchodu s priemyseln\u00fdmi v\u00fdrobkami 50-n\u00e1sobne, s palivami a nerastn\u00fdmi<br>surovinami 10-n\u00e1sobne a s po\u013enohospod\u00e1rskymi produktmi 7-n\u00e1sobne. V tom<br>\u010dase turizmus nar\u00e1stol z 25 mili\u00f3nov os\u00f4b za rok na 700 mili\u00f3nov, pri\u010dom sa v<br>roku 2010 o\u010dak\u00e1va prekro\u010denie 1 miliarda os\u00f4b. Za posledn\u00fdch 40 rokov st\u00fapli<br>ceny ropy z \u00farovne pod 10 USD na vy\u0161e 100 USD za barel. V tom istom \u010dase<br>podstatne klesli ceny telekomunika\u010dn\u00fdch slu\u017eieb: cena trojmin\u00fatov\u00e9ho telefon\u00e1tu<br>medzi New Yorkom a Lond\u00fdnom klesla zo 60 USD na 0,4 USD. V zahrani\u010d\u00ed<br>\u0161tuduje 2,7 mili\u00f3na vysoko\u0161kol\u00e1kov (2005), \u010do predstavuje od roku 2000 n\u00e1rast<br>o 50 percent. Od prelomu tis\u00edcro\u010d\u00ed do s\u00fa\u010dasnosti sa zv\u00fd\u0161il po\u010det pou\u017e\u00edvate\u013eov<br>internetu z 361 mili\u00f3nov na 1,5 mili\u00e1rd \u013eud\u00ed. \u010clovek cez techniku siaha v<br>makrosvete na in\u00e9 teles\u00e1 vo vesm\u00edre, v mikrosvete odde\u013euje \u010dastice jadra at\u00f3mu a<br>rozv\u00edja nanotechnol\u00f3gie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Vzh\u013eadom na preva\u017euj\u00face formy v\u00fdroby a na hodnotov\u00e9 zmeny v<br>spolo\u010dnosti mo\u017eno kon\u0161tatova\u0165, \u017ee po postindustri\u00e1lnej a postmodernej<br>spolo\u010dnosti nastupuje spolo\u010dnos\u0165 informa\u010dn\u00e1 a komunika\u010dn\u00e1. Inform\u00e1cia sa st\u00e1va<br>kapit\u00e1lom. Internet a informa\u010dn\u00e9 technol\u00f3gie premie\u0148aj\u00fa na\u0161u zemegu\u013eu na jeden<br>komunika\u010dn\u00fd priestor, na glob\u00e1lnu dedinu. Cez m\u00e9di\u00e1, hlavne komer\u010dn\u00e9, narast\u00e1<br>tlak na originalitu kult\u00far a identitu n\u00e1rodov. Tieto trendy sp\u00f4sobuj\u00fa presadzovanie<br>individualizmu. Ten sa prejavuje \u013eahostajnos\u0165ou k probl\u00e9mom druh\u00fdch a vedie k<br>vytr\u00e1caniu medzi\u013eudskej solidarity, navzdory pozit\u00edvnym v\u00edzi\u00e1m zjednocuj\u00facej sa<br>Eur\u00f3py \u010di spolupracuj\u00faceho sveta. V globaliz\u00e1cii sa zv\u00e4\u010d\u0161a preferuje \u010disto<br>ekonomick\u00fd a finan\u010dn\u00fd pr\u00edstup, teda pragmatizmus. Prirodzen\u00e1 priorita kult\u00fary<br>a duchovn\u00e9 princ\u00edpy s\u00fa mnoh\u00fdmi vytl\u00e1\u010dan\u00e9 na ved\u013eaj\u0161iu ko\u013eaj. Veda a technika<br>\u010dasto predbiehaj\u00fa etiku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Glob\u00e1lna konkurencia zvy\u0161uje n\u00e1roky na \u013eudsk\u00e9 v\u00fdkony a na schopnosti<br>jednotlivca i spolo\u010dnosti. Napriek tomu, antiglobalizmus nie je<br>cestou. A chcie\u0165 odstr\u00e1ni\u0165 globaliz\u00e1ciu je ut\u00f3piou. Prirovnal by som to<br>k rozb\u00edjaniu parn\u00fdch strojov v po\u010diato\u010dn\u00fdch f\u00e1zach priemyselnej revol\u00facie \u2013<br>v nich videli robotn\u00edci bezprostredn\u00fa pr\u00ed\u010dinu straty svojej pr\u00e1ce a nezam\u00fd\u0161\u013eali sa<br>hlb\u0161ie. Ale pr\u00e1ce m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 dos\u0165 pre v\u0161etk\u00fdch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Globaliz\u00e1ciu sprev\u00e1dzaj\u00fa aj rizik\u00e1. Podstata reakcie na tieto rizik\u00e1 spo\u010d\u00edva<br>predov\u0161etk\u00fdm v potrebe adapt\u00e1cie na nov\u00e9, st\u00e1le sa meniace podmienky. Ni\u010d nie<br>je tak\u00e9 st\u00e1le, ako zmena, povedal jeden filozof. Aj Cirkev to pozn\u00e1 vo svojich<br>dejin\u00e1ch: Ecclesia semper reformanda. Br\u00e1ni\u0165 sa tejto adapt\u00e1cii znamen\u00e1<br>zvy\u0161ova\u0165 nutn\u00e9 n\u00e1klady. Celkov\u00e1 cena za to je potom mimoriadne vysok\u00e1. Treba<br>k nej toti\u017e pripo\u010d\u00edta\u0165 predov\u0161etk\u00fdm stratu konkurencieschopnosti a spolu s \u0148ou<br>tie\u017e ohrozenie stability trhu pr\u00e1ce. S\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou tejto adapt\u00e1cie na meniace sa<br>podmienky v\u0161ak m\u00e1 by\u0165 zmysel pre solidaritu s t\u00fdmi, ktor\u00ed t\u00fato adapt\u00e1ciu<br>nezvl\u00e1daj\u00fa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Globaliz\u00e1cia je tu, nemo\u017eno ju ani ignorova\u0165, ani zastavi\u0165, treba ju spr\u00e1vne<br>usmer\u0148ova\u0165 a vyu\u017e\u00edva\u0165, da\u0165 jej \u013eudsk\u00fa tv\u00e1r, vn\u00e1\u0161a\u0165 do nej etiku solidarity s<br>\u010dlovekom. V anal\u00f3gii s kardin\u00e1lom Antonellim chcem poveda\u0165, \u017ee aj dnes m\u00f4\u017ee<br>D\u00e1vid v\u00ed\u0165azi\u0165 nad Goli\u00e1\u0161om. Tak, ako bolo v hist\u00f3rii trag\u00e9diou nadradi\u0165 moc,<br>triedu, rasu, n\u00e1rod nad princ\u00edp \u013eudskej rovnosti v d\u00f4stojnosti, tak nesmie<br>globaliza\u010dn\u00fd proces podriadi\u0165 \u010dloveka ekonomick\u00e9mu a politick\u00e9mu syst\u00e9mu, ale<br>naopak, syst\u00e9m m\u00e1 sl\u00fa\u017ei\u0165 \u010dloveku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>V globalizuj\u00facom sa svete prebiehaj\u00fa protichodn\u00e9 javy: integr\u00e1cia a<br>dezintegr\u00e1cia \u0161t\u00e1tnych \u0161trukt\u00far. Som presved\u010den\u00fd, \u017ee nie hegem\u00f3nia niektor\u00fdch<br>alebo nieko\u013ek\u00fdch, ale subsidiarita je odpove\u010fou na spravodliv\u00e9 usporiadanie<br>vz\u0165ahov, na de\u013ebu kompetenci\u00ed a zodpovednosti. Subsidiarita je druh\u00e9 meno pre<br>slobodu. Pr\u00e1vo, nie sila, mus\u00ed dominova\u0165 vo vz\u0165ahoch medzi \u0161t\u00e1tmi. Skuto\u010dn\u00e1<br>solidarita je v z\u00e1ujme nielen slab\u00fdch, ale aj siln\u00fdch. Zdrav\u00e1 solidarita sa vypl\u00e1ca,<br>je \u201erentabiln\u00e1\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Eur\u00f3psku integr\u00e1ciu by sme preto mali vidie\u0165 nielen ako odpove\u010f na<br>minulos\u0165 Eur\u00f3py, pozna\u010denej totalitn\u00fdmi ideol\u00f3giami, konfliktami a vojnami.<br>Globaliz\u00e1cia je v s\u00fa\u010dasnosti jednou z nov\u00fdch v\u00fdziev, ktor\u00e9 robia \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fa eur\u00f3psku<br>spolupr\u00e1cu a integr\u00e1ciu e\u0161te d\u00f4le\u017eitej\u0161ou. Iba spolu dok\u00e1\u017eeme ovplyv\u0148ova\u0165<br>charakter globaliz\u00e1cie a \u010fal\u0161\u00edch procesov, ktor\u00e9 podstatne ovplyv\u0148uj\u00fa na\u0161u<br>s\u00fa\u010dasnos\u0165 i bud\u00facnos\u0165.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>M\u00e9di\u00e1<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>V posledn\u00fdch desa\u0165ro\u010diach vo v\u00fdraznej miere rastie vplyv nov\u00fdch<br>informa\u010dn\u00fdch a komunika\u010dn\u00fdch technol\u00f3gi\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 sa stali m\u00e9diom r\u00fdchleho<br>prenosu nielen inform\u00e1ci\u00ed, ale aj \u017eivotn\u00e9ho \u0161t\u00fdlu a postojov, hodn\u00f4t a kult\u00fary.<br>O v\u00fdzname m\u00e9di\u00ed pre vz\u0165ahy v spolo\u010dnosti a vo svete nikto nepochybuje.<br>Totalitn\u00e9 re\u017eimy potl\u00e1\u010daj\u00fa ich slobodu a zneu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa ich na propagandu. Sloboda<br>m\u00e9di\u00ed a celkov\u00e1 sloboda spolo\u010dnosti spolu \u00fazko s\u00favisia. V demokratick\u00fdch \u0161t\u00e1toch<br>sa o m\u00e9di\u00e1ch hovor\u00ed ako o neform\u00e1lnom, \u0161tvrtom pilieri moci. Ich neprimeran\u00fd<br>vplyv \u010di dominancia v spolo\u010dnosti sa ozna\u010duj\u00fa ako mediokracia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Ale zrelos\u0165 pre slobodu sa v\u017edy sp\u00e1ja so zodpovednos\u0165ou. Plat\u00ed to aj o<br>slobode m\u00e9di\u00ed. Podobne ako \u0161t\u00e1t a politick\u00fd syst\u00e9m slobodnej spolo\u010dnosti maj\u00fa<br>m\u00e9di\u00e1 sl\u00fa\u017ei\u0165 \u010dloveku a nie ho ovl\u00e1da\u0165. Preto je na\u0161a sloboda, rast\u00faca globaliz\u00e1cia<br>a takmer v\u0161adepr\u00edtomnos\u0165 a sila m\u00e9di\u00ed pozvan\u00edm neby\u0165 z\u00e1visl\u00fdmi na m\u00e9di\u00e1ch, ale<br>rozumne vyu\u017e\u00edva\u0165 ich slu\u017eby a akt\u00edvne formova\u0165 podmienky pre ich p\u00f4sobenie na<br>miestnej, region\u00e1lnej, \u0161t\u00e1tnej, eur\u00f3pskej i medzin\u00e1rodnej \u00farovni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Z h\u013eadiska ob\u010dianskej i duchovnej zrelosti je v\u0161ak evidentnou v\u00fdzva by\u0165<br>medi\u00e1tormi v spolo\u010dnosti a vo svete, komunikova\u0165 s otvorenos\u0165ou pre \u010dloveka a<br>spolo\u010dn\u00e9 dobro, z\u00edskava\u0165 druh\u00fdch pre dobr\u00fa vec, budova\u0165 vz\u0165ahy na b\u00e1ze<br>\u013eudskosti a solidarity. Sv. Pavol, ktor\u00e9ho jubilejn\u00fd rok pr\u00e1ve prebieha, by bol<br>mo\u017eno akt\u00edvnym novin\u00e1rom, ur\u010dite by v\u0161ak bol anga\u017eovan\u00fdm medi\u00e1torom.<br>Zodpovednos\u0165 je najlep\u0161ou odozvou na slobodu, mier, demokraciu, spolo\u010dn\u00fa<br>Eur\u00f3pu, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa v\u00fdsledkom mnoh\u00fdch obiet, utrpenia a \u00fasilia. To je odpove\u010f pre<br>nap\u013a\u0148anie v\u00fdzvy \u201eMysli glob\u00e1lne, konaj lok\u00e1lne\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>\u010co rob\u00ed E\u00da pre rozvoj a ochranu spolupr\u00e1ce v oblasti m\u00e9di\u00ed? Najzn\u00e1mej\u0161\u00edm<br>je zrejme program M\u00e9di\u00e1 2007, ktor\u00fd sl\u00fa\u017ei na podporu a distrib\u00faciu<br>audiovizu\u00e1lnej tvorby v krajin\u00e1ch E\u00da. S\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou spolo\u010dn\u00e9ho pr\u00edstupu je stanovenie<br>kv\u00f3ty, \u017ee m\u00e9di\u00e1 s\u00fa povinn\u00e9 vysiela\u0165 minim\u00e1lne 50 percent diel eur\u00f3pskej<br>proveniencie. E\u00da odpor\u00fa\u010da \u010c\u0160 prija\u0165 relevantn\u00e9 pravidl\u00e1 pre<br>v\u0161etky audiovizu\u00e1lne a on-line informa\u010dn\u00e9 slu\u017eby. Zah\u0155\u0148a tie\u017e medi\u00e1lnu<br>gramotnos\u0165, spolupr\u00e1cu a zdie\u013eanie sk\u00fasenost\u00ed medzi r\u00f4znymi regula\u010dn\u00fdmi<br>org\u00e1nmi, akcie proti diskrimin\u00e1cii a pr\u00e1vo na odpove\u010f vo vz\u0165ahu vo\u010di on-line<br>m\u00e9di\u00e1m. Osobitne sa zameriava na internet, zd\u00f4raz\u0148uj\u00fac potrebu jeho pozit\u00edvneho<br>vyu\u017e\u00edvania a boj proti ak\u00fdmko\u013evek neleg\u00e1lnym aktivit\u00e1m \u0161kodiacim mladistv\u00fdm.<br>V apr\u00edli t.r. Eur\u00f3pska komisia zverejnila Ozn\u00e1menie o videohr\u00e1ch, v ktorom<br>d\u00f4razne podporuje syst\u00e9my pr\u00edstupu k videohr\u00e1m pre mladistv\u00fdch a dospel\u00fdch<br>pod\u013ea vekovej klasifik\u00e1cie. Konkr\u00e9tne sa odpor\u00fa\u010da syst\u00e9m PEGI (PanEuropean<br>Games Information \u2013 Paneur\u00f3pska inform\u00e1cia o hr\u00e1ch), ktor\u00fd pou\u017e\u00edva v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina<br>v\u00fdrobcov a \u010c\u0160. Predajcovia videohier<br>s\u00fa vyzvan\u00ed, aby do dvoch rokov s\u00fahlasili s Paneur\u00f3pskym k\u00f3dexom o hr\u00e1ch pre<br>mladistv\u00fdch, v zmysle ktor\u00e9ho prij\u00edmaj\u00fa z\u00e1v\u00e4zok, \u017ee bud\u00fa informova\u0165 o PEGI<br>syst\u00e9me.<br>Bezpe\u010dnej\u0161\u00ed internet plus je n\u00e1zov programu, ktor\u00fd podporuje a koordinuje<br>n\u00e1rodn\u00e9 aktivity na zv\u00fd\u0161enie bezpe\u010dnosti pou\u017e\u00edvania internetu. V roku 2008 sa<br>na tejto akcii z\u00fa\u010dastnilo 120 organiz\u00e1ci\u00ed v 56 krajin\u00e1ch.<br>Prieskumy ukazuj\u00fa, \u017ee pou\u017e\u00edvanie mobilov mladistv\u00fdmi je ove\u013ea menej<br>kontrolovan\u00e9 ne\u017e pou\u017e\u00edvanie internetu. Popredn\u00ed eur\u00f3pski mobiln\u00ed oper\u00e1tori<br>a poskytovatelia obsahu podp\u00edsali 6. febru\u00e1ra 2007, za akt\u00edvnej podpory EK,<br>Eur\u00f3psky r\u00e1mec pre bezpe\u010dnej\u0161ie pou\u017e\u00edvanie mobilov mlad\u0161\u00edmi adolescentmi<br>a de\u0165mi. Tento r\u00e1mec je z\u00e1kladom pre jednotliv\u00e9 n\u00e1rodn\u00e9 k\u00f3dexy. Je to pozit\u00edvna aktivita, ktor\u00e1 v\u0161ak prin\u00e1\u0161a aj anonymitu pre<br>r\u00f4zne indiv\u00eddu\u00e1, ktor\u00e9 otvorenos\u0165 a zvedavos\u0165 mlad\u00fdch chc\u00fa zneu\u017ei\u0165. Eur\u00f3pska<br>komisia preto vytvorila pracovn\u00fa skupinu pre networkov\u00e9 str\u00e1nky (Social<br>Networking Sites Task Force), ktor\u00e1 sa t\u00fdmto probl\u00e9mom zaober\u00e1. Komisia<br>organizuje pravideln\u00e9 F\u00f3rum bezpe\u010dnej\u0161ieho internetu.<br>Medi\u00e1lna gramotnos\u0165, ktor\u00fa treba rozv\u00edja\u0165, je \u201eschopnos\u0165 pr\u00edstupu<br>k m\u00e9di\u00e1m, ch\u00e1pania a kritick\u00e9ho zhodnotenia r\u00f4znych aspektov m\u00e9di\u00ed a ich<br>obsahu a schopnos\u0165 vytv\u00e1ra\u0165 komunik\u00e1ciu v r\u00f4znych kontextoch\u201c (EK, 2007).<br>\u013dudia s medi\u00e1lnou gramotnos\u0165ou s\u00fa schopn\u00ed lep\u0161ie vyu\u017e\u00edva\u0165 v\u0161etky pozit\u00edva m\u00e9di\u00ed<br>a s\u00fa\u010dasne lep\u0161ie br\u00e1ni\u0165 seba a svoje prostredie od \u0161kodliv\u00fdch, ur\u00e1\u017eliv\u00fdch<br>a ne\u017eelan\u00fdch obsahov. T\u00e1to gramotnos\u0165 je nevyhnutnou s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou medi\u00e1lnej<br>v\u00fdchovy, ktor\u00e1 je ve\u013ekou v\u00fdzvou pre s\u00fa\u010dasn\u00fa spolo\u010dnos\u0165.<br>V\u00fdchova a vzdel\u00e1vanie<br>V\u00fdchova a vzdel\u00e1vanie s\u00fa pri t\u00e9me globaliz\u00e1cie i rodiny rozhoduj\u00face.<br>Preto\u017ee pre vzdelan\u00fdch a do \u017eivota pripraven\u00fdch \u013eud\u00ed je globaliz\u00e1cia pr\u00edle\u017eitos\u0165ou,<br>k\u00fdm pre t\u00fdch druh\u00fdch je sk\u00f4r hrozbou alebo probl\u00e9mom. \u010clovekom a osobou sa<br>rod\u00edme, ob\u010danom a osobnos\u0165ou sa st\u00e1vame. Iba v dial\u00f3gu a otvorenosti sa d\u00e1 formova\u0165<br>s\u00fadr\u017enos\u0165 \u013eudstva v jeho kult\u00farnej a n\u00e1bo\u017eenskej rozmanitosti.<br>Globaliz\u00e1cia nesmie reprezentova\u0165 drobiaci mlyn pre kult\u00fary, v ktorom sa<br>v\u0161etko zmie\u0161a a zunifikuje. Kr\u00e1sa ve\u013ekej starovekej mozaiky je v jej celku i v<br>\u010diastkach (pars pro toto). Celok sa opiera o po\u010detn\u00e9 a odli\u0161n\u00e9 mal\u00e9 \u010diastky, je nimi<br>tvoren\u00fd. Najmen\u0161\u00edm vyjadren\u00edm takejto \u013eudskej mozaiky je rodina.
