Ve\u013ek\u00e9 firmy neplatia drobn\u00fdm \u017eivnostn\u00edkom, \u010di mal\u00fdm firm\u00e1m a\u00a0tie sa ocitaj\u00fa na hranici krachu. Predstavitelia strany preto na dne\u0161nej tla\u010dovej konferencii v\u00a0NR SR vyzvali poslancov opoz\u00edcie aj vl\u00e1dneho Smeru-SD, aby ich pr\u00e1vnu normu podporili. \u201cVl\u00e1da za dva roky \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fd n\u00e1stroj nepredlo\u017eila, pomery na trhu nezlep\u0161ila a\u00a0nerie\u0161i\u0165 t\u00fato situ\u00e1ciu je priam nezodpovedn\u00e9,\u201d zd\u00f4raznil \u0161\u00e9f KDH J\u00e1n Fige\u013e.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Strana n\u00e1vrh z\u00e1kona predkladala po prv\u00fd raz pred rokom a\u00a0pol. Vl\u00e1dny Smer-SD ho odmietol s\u00a0t\u00fdm, \u017ee je nedostato\u010dn\u00fd a\u00a0probl\u00e9m sa takto rie\u0161i\u0165 ned\u00e1. \u201cMali dos\u0165 \u010dasu na to, aby pri\u0161li so svoj\u00edm n\u00e1vrhom z\u00e1kona, ktor\u00fd by chr\u00e1nil t\u00fdch najzranite\u013enej\u0161\u00edch,\u201d odk\u00e1zal kabinetu Roberta Fica podpredseda kres\u0165ansk\u00fdch demokratov J\u00e1n Hudack\u00fd. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 sa domnieva, \u017ee vl\u00e1da nekon\u00e1 preto, lebo chr\u00e1ni ve\u013ek\u00e9 firmy. \u201cKtor\u00e9 do ur\u010ditej miery sponzoruj\u00fa stranu Smer-SD,\u201d dodal Hudack\u00fd. KDH navrhuje vtiahnu\u0165 do pr\u00e1vnych vz\u0165ahov pri verejnom obstar\u00e1van\u00ed aj subdod\u00e1vate\u013eov. A to tak, \u017ee by sa stanovila povinnos\u0165 \u00faspe\u0161n\u00fdch uch\u00e1dza\u010dov, aby v zmluv\u00e1ch so subdod\u00e1vate\u013emi dohodli primeran\u00e9 platobn\u00e9 lehoty. V pr\u00edpade, \u017ee by v\u00ed\u0165az s\u00fa\u0165a\u017ee tieto lehoty neplnil a subdod\u00e1vate\u013e si svoje povinnosti splnil, dal by z\u00e1kon subdod\u00e1vate\u013eovi mo\u017enos\u0165 informova\u0165 o tom verejn\u00e9ho obstar\u00e1vate\u013ea.
